The first time we meet
Every client who begins work with myself has an initial consultation. The consultation will last for 1 hour and is a chance for you to meet me, identify which areas to focus on and decide on a plan of action. It’s important to have an initial consultation to ensure both parties are happy to work together and that I have the knowledge at my disposal to meet your needs.
My approach enables you to move through blocks in life, learn new skills and cope better with everyday life challenges, through a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-focused therapy and Life Coaching techniques.
