Is your use of pornography having a negative impact on not only your life but the lives of those you love?
Porn Addiction
For many, porn is a guilty pleasure, a momentary release from the pressures of their day and nothing more note worthy than that. Yet for some, the use of pornography can be the beginning of a harmful cycle, an addiction leading them to neglect their partners, skew their erotic expectations and place barriers between themselves and the possibility of sexual fulfilment.
Sex Addiction
Sex is a healthy component of a satisfying adult lifestyle, not only as a pleasurable activity, but also as a means of us to express our loves towards our partners. Some people, however, can become addicted to the act for damaging reasons, such as low self esteem, a means to distract themselves from negative emotions and in some cases as a coping mechanism to deal with previous trauma.
PIED or Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction
Prolonged use of pornography is likely to lead to PIED, or Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction. This occurs when a man has inadvertently trained his body and brain to react to visual stimulus via the use of pornography and as such finds it difficult to keep or achieve an erection without the aid of explicit imagery. A diminished libido is a leading cause of problems in relationships and marriages with 71% of men who regular use pornography citing issues of sexual dysfunction.

It's all too easy for us to ignore our problems and hope that they will resolve themselves.
